A MAID......

August 4, 2011 Kelly has been cleaning our home for over a year. SHE IS THE BEST! Prior to hiring Kelly, we went through several private and commercial services and were never satisfied. Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week for I know that when I walk in my home after a long day at work I will 1st smell how clean it is and then see how amazing it looks. September 30, 2011 Dear Future Customer: I am writing to share my great experience with Kelly and “You’ve Got it Maid.” She was easy to reach and promptly emailed detailed helpful information. She asked a lot of great questions, gave me a fair estimate and expressed a lot of understanding about my dad’s situation (whom she would be cleaning for). My dad has always been quite private and self sufficient and continued to insist that he didn’t need help. Kelly worked with me to arrange a cleaning time when I could have dad out of the apartment. And what a cleaning it was! Kelly scrubbed the walls, she deep cleaned the entire apartment and somehow, all of the little knick knacks and framed photographs were back in place – absent all the dust of course. The place literally looked like it had been repainted with added square footage. It was a beautiful sight. But here is the most amazing part. While Kelly cleaned my dad’s stove, she lifted up the electric stove top to clean around the coils. There, she discovered an old, packed, envelope. Inside was a VERY large substantial amount (thousands) of cash! Yes, right next to the burners! She notified me immediately and every dollar was there!! When I got back to the apartment, Kelly was so kind, sweet, concerned and honest!!! She followed up with me for future, now less intense, cleanings. She is a true professional and a person of high integrity and delightful kindness. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly for your cleaning needs.
