Summer dockage, heated pool, Louie's Lagoon--Food and Drinks, maintenance and boatyard services, heated and unheated winter storage, boat and yacht brokerage [by South Bay Marine Sales, Inc.].
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Family orientated marina; delivering exceptional customer service at a great value in a clean, safe, inviting and fun environment.. . ."Not just a parking lot for boats." We are a State of Wisconsin Certified Clean Marina.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

Take Webster Avenue exit off of I-43 and go north to N Irwin St Turn left on N. Irwin St. and continue to Bay Beach Rd. SOUTH BAY Marina is located a mile west on the right [North] side of Bay Beach Rd.

Summer Season begins Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day. Summer season: Sunday thru Thursday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Friday / Saturday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Off-season: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
