Since 1984.
What is your primary product or service?
We will cater any event to your location. We can provid simple drop off service to elegant plated meals and passed hors d'oevres.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Claudette Renard began catering events for friends and family because of her love of cooking and experience working in supper clubs in Green Bay for years. As the business grew, we got involved to help and learned the process from her.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a caterer only! Others in the area who cater are vending services, supermarkets, or restaurants first. Not us, all we do is catering. We take pride in providing great tasting food and exceptional customer service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, which we built in 2005. It is a state of the art kitchen which can support the production of many large events in one day.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Exit Highway 43 at East Mason St., and go east until Huron Rd., turn south for about 1/4 mile and we are on the left.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, Master card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We are also a member of the IMS barter exchange.
Which areas do you service?
We cover all of Brown county, but do make special arrangements to cater anywhere within about 60 miles of Green Bay.

What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 M-F, But we will cater events 24 hours a day, seven days a week
