What is your primary product or service?

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Pat's Creations became interested in my business when my oldest daughter got married in 1983. I had always wanted my own business but after I saw what was available to the brides, I decided it was time to start Pat's Creations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I differentiate myself from others by offering personal service to the brides. I take particular attention to the wording of the invitation and offer suggestions on how the wording might be better. I always emphasize the fact that the suggestions are just that -- suggestions. In no way will that affect the order or the treatment of the customer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location in Green Bay, Wisconsin and I do not plan to expand my business.

What type of payments do you accept?
I accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. I also accept PayPal.

I own Pat's Creations and run most daily operations. I also have an accountant.
What are your hours of operation?
I work out of my home and, therefore, do not specific hours. I am available Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday, I also have evening hours. Please call 920-468-9440 for appointment. That way you can be sure I will be available.
